Welcome!

Welcome, Sisters -- Those of you with Divided Hearts --

Are you alone in faith in your household?

Is your spouse unchurched and seemingly uncommitted? Do you feel incomplete? Is your heart divided between living for God and pleasing your spouse? We know and understand your struggles. This is a Biblically-based support group. This ministry is based upon Hosea 10:2, "They have a divided heart..."

ABOUT JECOLIAH -

The name Jecoliah belongs to a real woman who has the same challenges that you may have. It belongs to the founder/designer of this website and of Divided Heart Ministry. The name "Jecoliah" is a Biblical Hebrew word meaning, "It is Jehovah who enables". Only Jehovah can enable this journey. I chose the name Jecoliah because first and foremost, I respect my husband's privacy. You see, I am a woman who walks alone in faith in my household. I thank God for enabling me. I am reminded of the words of Paul,"We have not a high priest who has not been touched with the feelings of our infirmities." I'm here, doing that. It's a journey better walked hand-in-hand.

We Build Up

We are not here to tear down, we are here to build up. Our focus in this ministry and web site is on YOU, the wife of an unbelieving, unchurched or seemingly uncommitted husband.

Hosea 10

It is fitting that our foundation scripture comes from the Book of Hosea. You see, Hosea was the spouse of an unbeliever. Hosea's wife was named Gomer, which means "complete". There were many years and many struggles for Hosea before he saw completion. From the NLT version, Verse 12 of Hosea 10 says:"Plant the good seeds of righteousness, and you will harvest a crop of my love. Plow up the hard ground of your hearts for now is the time to seek the Lord, that he may come and shower righteousness upon you."

There are many encouraging examples in God's Word

Bold women. Women who took matters into their own hands. Women who joined with their husbands and made bad choices. Women who made their own choices -- some good, some bad. Together we will explore their choices and how those choices affected, and in some cases, saved, lives!
