We believe: 1. That the Holy Bible is the only authoritative and infallible Word of God. The scriptures are inspired by God and given to man for instruction, doctrine, warning, and correction. (2 Tim 3:16). In the scriptures God’s design and plan for mankind can be found. 2. There is One True God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. (John 14) 3. Jesus was and is the Son of God; He was sent from His father to die for our sins. He died and rose again the third day and ascended to His Father in Heaven. (John 3:1-15) He is now seated at the right hand of His Father. (Matt. 28) 3. The fall of man occurred through Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden. Through that fall, every person must be restored to God. This is possible through belief in and accepting God’s forgiveness of sin through His son’s death, burial and resurrection [salvation]. (John 3:16) 4. The Holy Spirit empowers believers. (Acts 1:8) 5. Final judgment for both believers and non-believers. The believer will have everlasting life and dwell with God and Jesus in Heaven. (John 3:16)Those who have rejected Jesus will be sent to eternal torment. (Luke 16:19-23), (Matt. 25:46) ABCs of Salvation: Accept that Jesus is the son of God. Believe that He can forgive your sins. Confess that you are a sinner and ask for forgiveness.
